                   Once pre construction planning is done, then we iron out all the flaws, irregularities or delays may be present in it and adapt it according to the real time situation on the ground. 

 

                 We decide how big the project, how to obtain the decided deliverables, Physical site survey and iron out any descrepancy between plan and actual ground reality.

 

             We then breakdown the entire construction process into small individual task which are handled by various teams, all the while looking for ways to improve effciiency and performance of construction process

         It ensure Materials are bought as per schedule plan and are stored as per plan and never over stocked but also prevent idling of workers due to material shortage.

 

        Another important resource is Money, Proper budgeting and allocation enable the proeject to go on smoothly as possible and  all the while ensuring Project does not cost beyond prospected budget allocation.

 

      We strive hard to prevent any wastage of material but waste can be reduced but not eliminated but we too plan ahead for it, we either upcycle it or Resale it to get maximum benefit for the owner. We are based out of Chattisgarh, India and Serve whole India.

             After we have checked for quality and scope of finished we works, we get onto tesing Environment, Various Systems and their interaction with each other. all the while we collect huge data.

             After Testing is succesfully done huge amount of Data collected is used to run simulation, upon satisfaction we move onto commisioning the project and hand it over to the client.
